From the start of the process, Rodrigo guided us, John did a fantastic site-survey and advised us on every detail, and Ide processed the paperwork; I felt confident we would be taken care of beautifully. Received excellent white glove service on installation of 3 heat pump units and air exchangers, with a full walk through with electrician (Steve) beforehand answering all questions and explaining so that I knew exactly what to expect. Lauron and Rob came early and stayed late to remove our old units and design and install this beautiful layout of the new equipment, and throughout the days we were fully informed with a starting update, progressive check ins, and end of day summaries; any trouble shooting was handled with thoughtful problem solving and exemplary skill execution. I highly recommend this team of electrician, site management, and installers, and with the Jetson equipment including a smart thermostat and app, my home is already cooler, more comfortable, and easier to handle.

The install team spearheaded by Serge and Hunter (as well as the electrician Steven and project manager John) were very personable, great technicians, and did an amazing job getting the job done in one day, even though the install was a little more challenging than normal. Had cool air running by the time we went to bed. For the price, speed, and performance, you can't beat Jetson.

We recently replaced our old heat pump with a Jetson Home 3‑ton cold‑climate system, and the entire experience exceeded expectations; the installation was extremely professional, and the system is designed to stay efficient even down to 5°F. New York State offers rebates for cold‑climate heat pumps and Jetson applies those rebates upfront, handles every step of the process with a true white‑glove approach, and our total cost ended up being less than half of what other companies quoted us. They completed the entire job in a single day, were careful with the house, cleaned up thoroughly, their pricing is transparent, they never tried to upsell anything unnecessary, and they monitor the system remotely and can detect issues before they become problems.

They always showed professionalism and were truly customer service oriented, and communication from the initial phase through the installation process was outstanding. Any challenges that the team faced were met head on and resolved, and because of the rebates and incentives that Jetson was able to obtain for us, the cost was very affordable compared to other quotes we received.

Excellent and very professional crew of 4 that operated like a well oiled machine; 9 hours from start to a fully working heat pump. Old equipment removed and work areas fully cleaned, and communications were excellent from first contact to completion. Net pricing after rebates was less than half that of a competitive installer's quote, definitely a 5 star install experience, and I'd highly recommend Jetson to anyone looking for a heat pump upgrade.

I had work done by Jetson Homes. From the start, the team was very professional—there was very little interruption to my day, they worked quickly, were very knowledgeable, and always polite; a small hiccup due to the layout of my house was addressed immediately and resolved right away. The difference with the heat pump is night and day: it’s quiet—I honestly can’t even tell it’s running—and the air feels much more comfortable; I’m very happy with everything and would highly recommend Jetson Homes and the system they installed.

Rich helped me with my smart hub install. He was very helpful in relocating my thermostat and assisting me with fixing the filter inside of air handler. It was a very complicated process, but he managed to figure it out; very smart and helpful—I appreciate him. He was very courteous.
