We've been trying to upgrade to a heat pump for a few years and always found the many options confusing and overwhelming. Jetson fixed all that with their easy all-in-one call that saw our gas furnace replaced with a whole-house heat pump. The team rolled up (right on schedule) in their very cool e-vans and got everything done in just under two days. This included the electrical work and properly prepping the space outside. All we did was sit back and let them take care of everything. We appreciated how clean they were and respectful while working in and around the house. We now have an amazing system in our home to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter! I would recommend Jetson to anyone looking for an easy and very fairly priced conversion.

Our gas 20 year old furnace failed during spring so it was time replace it. We decided to change over to heat pump since BC had some rebate offerings. We gathered some quotes from several vendors. Ultimately, we chose Jetson for the following reasons: - They were quick to respond and addressed all of my questions promptly. - Out of the 5 vendors we contacted, they offered the best quote. Saved a few thousands. - They were knowledgeable about the available rebate programs and will help with the process if needed. - They took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, so we knew exactly what to expect. - Mobile app to monitor/manage climate offering On installation day, they arrived fully prepared. Every team member was professional and polite. They assessed our home and provided options on where to place the outdoor unit. Our mechanical room was in a tight space and required to move the water tank temporarily to install the air handler. They handled it without issues. The quality of their work, both inside and outside was top notch. The team also stuck to the timeline, which was a big plus and made the entire 1.5 day process stress-free. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. Not only did they clean up meticulously after the job, but they also took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and delivering top-quality work. The heat pump has been running great so far. Can't wait till summer to use the A/C. I believe Jetson sent their best of the best to complete our installation. Technicians Troy and Lauron and their manager John arrived on schedule at 7:30am; given the age of the house and complicated setup, they were here till 10pm, and I was amazed at how professional and courteous they were through the whole process. The 4 ton unit heated the house in 30 mins—amazing; house was left spotless after the wrapup, and we walked through how to use the app and thermostat.

From the start of the process, Rodrigo guided us, John did a fantastic site-survey and advised us on every detail, and Ide processed the paperwork; I felt confident we would be taken care of beautifully. Received excellent white glove service on installation of 3 heat pump units and air exchangers, with a full walk through with electrician (Steve) beforehand answering all questions and explaining so that I knew exactly what to expect. Lauron and Rob came early and stayed late to remove our old units and design and install this beautiful layout of the new equipment, and throughout the days we were fully informed with a starting update, progressive check ins, and end of day summaries; any trouble shooting was handled with thoughtful problem solving and exemplary skill execution. I highly recommend this team of electrician, site management, and installers, and with the Jetson equipment including a smart thermostat and app, my home is already cooler, more comfortable, and easier to handle.

The install team spearheaded by Serge and Hunter (as well as the electrician Steven and project manager John) were very personable, great technicians, and did an amazing job getting the job done in one day, even though the install was a little more challenging than normal. Had cool air running by the time we went to bed. For the price, speed, and performance, you can't beat Jetson.
