Couldn’t be happier. Very professional and efficient, great communication start to finish, and the job was completely done in a single day. Upgraded heating and broken AC for less than the cost to replace outdated AC equipment.

The Jetson team did a great job for us; we replaced our AC and furnace with a 4 ton heat pump and it's working great. They were on the Xcel Energy approved vendor list, their quote was the lowest we received, and the installation team worked hard the entire day, communicated well, and were true professionals—I highly recommend this company.

I decided to replace my HVAC system with a heat pump. The salesman explained everything to me and walked me through the process, and the installers were great—they arrived on time, finished the install in 1 day and explained to me everything they were doing, and they left the area clean and showed complete respect for my home. Once the install was done the system was explained to me thoroughly; these guys were rock stars!

I got a heat pump HVAC system installed by Jetson. They called the same day I registered, did an inspection the next day, and I got a price and an install date the next day after that. The installers were clean and polite, laid down drop cloths, cleaned up any mess, showed me my new system and we went over how everything works; I recommend Jetson Electric and I would use them again.

Today’s 1-day summer installation by Jetson of our new MrCool whole-house heat pump was an absolute pleasure, and in no time the system was up and running, quietly dropping the indoor temperature to a cool and comfortable level. When the crew showed up, on time, they hit the ground running, putting on shoe covers, and then a carpet of drop cloths to protect our floors; the team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in answering questions and communicating clearly how the system worked. 5 stars. The process is incredibly easy, from a clear and transparent up-front quote to an almost exclusively virtual experience—this was exactly the way I want to engage in a major home project. We had to relocate due to a house fire; our new place has a old gas furnace and a old AC unit that did not work. THANKS TO Jetson Home our new Heat Pump saved us!!! They handled ALL the rebate stuff and We also qualified for an amazing energy loan; this was the best investment we could have made!!!
