Install crew was on time, efficient, friendly, and took good care of my home. Love my new heat pump!

My wife and I had a great experience with our Jetson team; our installation team was top notch—friendly, funny, and considerate—and sorted out a mistake by the sales team and stayed late so they could still finish in one day. The price was great, too!

From start to finish, the people at Jetson were knowledgable, friendly, and patient with our project. I'm so excited to have 1 very quiet unit for cooling and heating and I can't believe that people are still installing gas furnaces and giant air conditioners when it seems like a heat pump is the perfect solution in Denver. I've talked with other HVAC people and I'd recommend Jetson 10 out of 10 times compared with the others.

Working with the entire Jetson team was amazing. Although we had some significant delays caused by Xcel on a project that had to be completed before my heat pump installation, they were extremely responsive, flexible and professional throughout the entire project. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially Jose, Brett and the production team that completed the install.

I was one of the early adopters as Jenson made their transition from Helio Home and I really enjoyed the experience. I have a very tight basement with low ceilings, so when I had contacted more traditional HVAC installers about a heat pump I was mostly met with refusal. I was fairly certain that I would have to install mini splits which wasn’t thrilling considering I already had duct work in the house. The folks at Jetson on the other hand were completely willing to troubleshoot and had a really positive attitude. Ultimately that paid off in that the system just narrowly fit into the space and now I’m enjoying the crisp indoor temperature during our last summer heat wave. Jetson also figured out all of the rebates that the government offered for heat pump installs and so the price was far lower than I had been quoted by HVAC companies. I will be recommending them to friends and family and I’m vying for their continued success as we try and make this transition towards more efficient heating and cooling systems.

Jetson home installed my new heat pump/AC unit this week. I can't begin to say how, friendly, competent, professional and helpful they were. The install was a fairly complicated one, but they solved every problem easily and the heat pump works beautifully. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience getting a 240 outlet installed with Jetson. The electrician was thorough, read up the specs for the device he was installing and walked me through his work. Would highly recommend.

They took care to not oversize the system, were very friendly and professional, and were several thousand dollars less than the other quotes I solicited for a heat pump. I’m only a few days in, so we’ll have to see if it stands the test of time, but for now it’s all good!

These guys a professionals and they did an excellent job with the installation! Very happy with the heat pumps performance as well. Highly recommend using this company.

Overall, I was very impressed with everyone's knowledge, and they were very patient with me as I had a ton of questions, etc. The install was clean, the work was solid, and the system is working great!

Team was great, and we are loving the new heat pump! The temperature in our house is a lot more even throughout compared to our old furnace since air is flowing more regularly 🎉 …

They were on time, extremely professional, and kept us apprised of progress and any issues. They left the workspace very clean and went through the system before leaving. Thank you!

Michael, Einer, Gabe and Miles did a great job, five stars.

Michael, Juan and Jacob did a great job, three fine young men.

They walked me through the whole install and made sure I was comfortable using a very handy app. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Kelly, Trevor, and Isaac!

Great experience; install team was awesome. Jetson made sure the install process was the easiest part. Highly recommend Jetson to anyone looking to upgrade their system.

Jetson did a great job for us! The process was many steps, and they assisted us with everything. The actual installation was done in one day; all the folks involved were very friendly and hard working. I am so happy we were able to take advantage of this fantastic product at an amazing price.

Jetson Home did a great job installing a heat pump at my house. It only took a day to get everything set up.

We had Kelly, Isaac and Trevor install our system with great success. They worked together as a team to make sure that we were informed every step of the way and listened to us as home owners for our desired outcome.

Roman and his team at Jetson did a great job installing my 4Ton unit. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service, nice, friendly, efficient guys. Highly recommend.

My mechanical system was in dire need of replacement and I had no idea, until I met Jetson, that it would be affordable for me. I got a fantastic education on how the heat pump system works and, combined with my existing solar system, my house will be better heated/cooled and my bills will be lower. I am very pleased from beginning to end with this experience; Kelly, Juan, Xavier and Jacob were here for 14 hours today and saw the job through to completion and to my satisfaction, thank you!

Finally, our heat pump is installed! Jetson Home did an excellent job with the installation, and the system looks great. I am excited to see how well it performs in the future—highly recommend them!

Jetson made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish, and Darian and his team did an outstanding job with the installation—professional, efficient, and clearly committed to quality work. Matt helped during the planning stage, returned the day after installation to take care of the final details, and took the time to walk me through the system, answer all of my questions, and ensure everything was buttoned up perfectly. The level of communication, professionalism, and customer service throughout the project was exceptional, and I highly recommend Jetson to anyone considering a heat pump installation.

Absolutely wonderful experience; the guys were careful with my home and explained what they were doing as they went. At the end, they were very patient explaining how everything worked, helping me install the app, and even showing me some trouble-shooting. Great team, kind people, smooth install—thanks all!

Great company that takes care of customers.

I had a super clean install and friendly staff. When we had an issue (we needed an auxiliary heat strip), their team came back to take care of everything. They really have exceeded my expectations—if you need to replace a gas furnace start here!

One day install and heat pump is working well. Install team was communicative and professional.
