Jetson Home from beginning to end of project were exceptional in their interaction with me. The price of the project was explained at the beginning and I have had no hidden fees at the final payment. The installers were all professional in every respect; their friendly, professional and very informative interaction made the whole process worth while.

Our installers were on time and professional. They worked hard and finished the installation in a day; everything was done with attention to detail, and they left the space clean. We are very pleased with our heat pump and grateful for AC.

John, Ben, Joel and Keith were great. It was a long day, having to work around multiple contractors working on other jobs, which didn’t make the job any easier. They gave me a thorough overview of the unit and the app; great bunch of guys who delivered great results.

We had an HVAC issue at our gym that another company wasn’t able to properly resolve. Adele stepped in and got it handled quickly and professionally. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to diagnose the root of the problem instead of just offering a temporary fix.

Thank you Jetson for a wonderful experience replacing our furnace with a heat pump and upgrading our electricity to 200 amps. Your team was amazing to deal with from start to finish; Paisley and Coulter were extremely responsive, helpful and professional. Even though we had a hiccup on installation where the external heat pump wasn't connected properly on the first night, Jetson sent someone round immediately the next day to get it sorted.

I had a great experience with the Jetson team for my north Vancouver install. I had both a 200amp service upgrade (Colter did a great job and had a lot of experience with BC hydro/their contractors which is really important) and 3 ton heat pump installed by Jetson and both were done carefully with attention to detail. They immediately contacted a plumber and the issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction; great customer support via Paisley too, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

These guys are the best! The quote was immediate and cheaper than the competiton. There were several unique challenges with our location and none of these became our problem, they simply got dealt with by Jetson. And the invoice was exactly as quoted with no add ons and there were no delays on the timing they provided. The product works great and we are enjoying our new perfectly temperature controlled environment. I can't think of anything they could have done to make the experience better. I recently had a 4-ton heat pump installed by Jetson Home in my North Vancouver residence and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Installation Process - The installation was remarkably quick, taking only two days to complete. The team was not only efficient but also extremely friendly and accommodating. I feel so fortunate to have found Jetson. We had wanted to switch to a heat pump system for a while but found the options overwhelming and companies challenging to get information from. I can describe the experience with Jetson in one word: EASY! From the minute I connected with them it was a seamless experience - the crew looked after every detail of the install and were such a pleasure to deal with. Jetson is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them!

Replaced my old gas furnace with a new heat pump. Two months in, examining the decrease in my gas bill, the increase in my electric bill, and comparing with last year before the heat pump, I see that each month I have saved on the total cost of heating. And based on the numbers, I expect to avoid emitting about 3.5 tonnes of carbon annually. Woo hoo!

They were very professional. No haggling on the price, even after running into some obstacles, and the team of 3 worked hard and even stayed late on the second day to ensure the job was done and the system was running as expected. I feel like I have a new house after my entire life of forced air heating, and I love that I am supporting a local venture that is looking to disrupt the market with straight talk and an easy experience.

Excellent overall experience in all respects. Efficient installation, great communication, and extremely helpful with their turn-key solution for grants and permits.

Installed new heat pump and explained everything about the operating instructions. I am now able to just set the temperature even from my phone, and my favorite thing is that I can set schedules for lowering or raising the temperature for bedtime and morning. Very happy with the whole process; if someone asked me about heat pumps I would definitely tell them to contact Jetson.

Jetson Team was prompt, friendly and easy to interact with. The system provides a consistent heat through out the day and night, which is nice and makes the home more comfortable, and 2/3rds to 4/5ths quieter than the old furnace. I look forward to see how the cooling works out, as this was installed in my mom's home and she is 84 years old and will be happy to have a cool home this summer!

Installation technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient with installation. They answered all my questions regarding Heat Pump installation and demoed on how system works after installation.
