They arrived on time, were well-organized and kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight. An hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled. House was built in 1972 and I’m almost positive it was the original furnace, probably the oldest (maybe weirdest) setup they’ve run into; spent about an hour figuring out how to install, worked their butts off to get it done, and did—almost 12 hours! Looks great, great guys; if the system is half as good as the installers, I’m going to be bragging to my buddies for years.”

I had both a 200amp service upgrade (Colter did a great job and had a lot of experience with BC hydro/their contractors which is really important) and 3 ton heat pump installed by Jetson and both were done carefully with attention to detail. They immediately contacted a plumber and the issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction; great customer support via Paisley too, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
