On installation day, Jose, Juan, and Jimmy arrived right on time, I had great communication with all three, and 8 1/2 hours later we had a beautifully installed system; they cleaned up thoroughly, answered my questions, and hauled away the old furnace and air conditioner. We had a problem connecting the system hub to our wi‑fi, but Customer Service called back the next morning and within a few minutes we used a 2.4GHz network and the hub connected; customer service was outstanding, the equipment is first class and highly efficient and has performed flawlessly since.”
