“The price is right and quote includes everything including hauling away your old furnace and applying for all permits; our many questions were answered patiently, and we were helped with paperwork to apply for the rebates. Once rebates were secured things went quickly, and a week later we had the heating and cooling updated in our 80+ year old home by 3 efficient and knowledgeable professionals in only 1 day, and they left the house and surrounds clean and tidy.”

“After many renovations over the 38 years we have lived in a mid-century modern home, we have learned to fear the process. Then we found Jetson online: the entire process, from initial estimate through bid confirmation, permits, work scheduling, completion and final inspection was smooth and hassle free and proceeded like clockwork, with no unpleasant surprises. I highly recommend Jetson to anyone looking to move from an older, less efficient HVAC system to efficient heat pump technology.”

“Replaced my old gas furnace with a new heat pump. Two months in, examining the decrease in my gas bill, the increase in my electric bill, and comparing with last year before the heat pump, I see that each month I have saved on the total cost of heating. And based on the numbers, I expect to avoid emitting about 3.5 tonnes of carbon annually—Woo hoo!”

“Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys did it in one day; they arrived on time, were well-organized, kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight, and an hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled; I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).”

“If I ever needed to again, they'd be the first place I'd call. From approval to completion was 4 days, with only one day to complete removal of old system and installation of new. Cleaned up afterwards, took old system away, and the staff were nice people, friendly, got down to business and worked hard; they were a well-functioning team of professionals and got the job done.”

“We decided to change over to heat pump and chose Jetson because they were quick to respond, offered the best quote, were knowledgeable about rebate programs, and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. On installation day, every team member was professional and polite, they handled our tight mechanical room without issues, the quality of their work was top notch, they stuck to the timeline and made the entire 1.5 day process stress-free, and their attention to detail stood out as they cleaned up meticulously and answered all of our questions. The heat pump has been running great so far, and I highly recommend Jetson to anyone looking to install a heat pump.”

Jetson fixed all that with their easy all-in-one call that saw our gas furnace replaced with a whole-house heat pump and got everything done in just under two days, including the electrical work and properly prepping the space outside. We appreciated how clean they were and respectful, and I would recommend Jetson to anyone looking for an easy and very fairly priced conversion.”

“I recently had a 4-ton heat pump installed by Jetson Home and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. The installation was remarkably quick—only two days—clean, and professional, with a team that was extremely friendly and accommodating, patiently answering all my questions; the performance has been nothing short of outstanding as our 3000 sq ft house transformed into a refreshingly cool sanctuary, so effective that I actually needed to adjust the settings to a more moderate level. I've been pleasantly surprised by the energy efficiency—cooling our entire home cost less than $1 per day—and Jetson Home has exceeded my expectations in every way; I wholeheartedly recommend Jetson Home to anyone considering a heat pump installation.”
