The crew that installed my Jetson unit were an awesome crew—prompt, professional, courteous and respectful. They arrived on time, installed unit, explained process, and left my property very clean with no sign they were ever there. Darrian, Jose, Jimmy and Kiara were the best; I would rate them a 10 out of a 10—great team effort!

We just had Jetson install our new heat pump system and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew was professional, respectful, and extremely efficient; they showed up on time, worked quickly, and kept everything clean throughout the entire process, and they handled all of the credits and rebates, walked us through everything and made the process simple— with the incentives available, the total cost ended up being essentially covered, which made the decision a lot easier. The whole experience was smooth, organized, and stress-free, and I would highly recommend Jetson to anyone considering a heat pump or upgrading their HVAC system.

We got our heat pump installed by Mike, Juan, Jeremy, and Riordan today. They kept us posted of what was going on for the whole day and were respectful of our place while they were doing their job. Though we are still on our first day of using the app and experiencing the system, their service sets the tone for what we are expecting from this company if anything happens from now on!

Cannot recommend highly enough. System works great, install crew was as friendly as could be.

Have had a great experience with Jetson so far; basically got a brand new heat pump for $1k with all the rebates, and the crew that installed the system were very professional and made the process look easy. Jetson has been responsive to the above and is working to figure out next steps, and UPDATE: auto mode is fixed, the thermostat issues were mostly user error (me), and the loud vent is serviceable by Jetson (ductwork) but holes in drywall are required and they cannot do dry wall repair (totally fine with me, just happy they can address the noise). So again, highly recommend these guys!!
