I intentionally waited about a month before writing this review so I could evaluate not just the sales and installation process, but also the real-world performance of our whole-home ducted heat pump system. From the initial consultation to post-installation support, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and extremely well managed, and after living with it through real winter weather, I can confidently say this has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The heat pump performance has exceeded our expectations with more even, quieter heating and noticeably better energy efficiency, and Jetson supported the project before, during, and after installation and stood behind their work every step of the way.

The Jetson Smart Hub was installed for an already installed Jetson heat pump. The installers, Serge and Richard, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable; they wore shoe covers, inspected the whole heat pump system inside and outside, tweaking things for maximum efficiency, gave detailed instructions for the app and wall thermostat, and answered all questions. I was very impressed with the overall experience.

This Mass Save approved installer is an absolute home run; from first contact with sales representative David Shoolestani, then project coordinator, Joseph DeNatale to the installation crew, Mo, Sean, Anthony, Hunter, and the electricians from Lussier, I was very impressed. I started the process on February 14 from the simple answer of an email, not knowing anything about heat pump systems and today, March 12, I am very knowledgeable about this system that was installed in just one day, yesterday. All names previously mentioned were absolutely fantastic during the entire process—extremely knowledgeable, respectful, willing to explain everything—and I could not be happier with the entire process; the people, quality of work, pride, and ease of communication were hands-down, the best part of the process, and I highly recommend Jetson.

Jetson was great to work with and really stood out versus more traditional HVAC providers. The quoting process was online and easy. Their quotes were way below those of competitors and they actually offered an all electric solution instead of trying to sell me on a hybrid with a furnace (we didn't want to maintain a hybrid system). Their install crews were knowledgeable and did a great job answering our questions. Also very professional while doing the installation. We're thrilled with the end result. Our heat pump has drastically improved comfort in our house by more evenly controlling temperature everywhere. We went from a 10 degree difference between our main level and upstairs to just a 1 degree difference. Overall I highly recommend both Jetson and heat pumps.

Working with the entire Jetson team was amazing. Although we had some significant delays caused by Xcel on a project that had to be completed before my heat pump installation, they were extremely responsive, flexible and professional throughout the entire project. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially Jose, Brett and the production team that completed the install.

I was one of the early adopters as Jenson made their transition from Helio Home and I really enjoyed the experience. I have a very tight basement with low ceilings, so when I had contacted more traditional HVAC installers about a heat pump I was mostly met with refusal. I was fairly certain that I would have to install mini splits which wasn’t thrilling considering I already had duct work in the house. The folks at Jetson on the other hand were completely willing to troubleshoot and had a really positive attitude. Ultimately that paid off in that the system just narrowly fit into the space and now I’m enjoying the crisp indoor temperature during our last summer heat wave. Jetson also figured out all of the rebates that the government offered for heat pump installs and so the price was far lower than I had been quoted by HVAC companies. I will be recommending them to friends and family and I’m vying for their continued success as we try and make this transition towards more efficient heating and cooling systems.

The crew worked from 8 am until 10:30 pm to make sure the system was running and that our house had heat for the night; the project lead did a great job of keeping me informed and answering questions, the electrician was professional and explained what he was doing, Rafa did an amazing job working outside all day in the cold and snow, and the crew were all professional, kept the work site clean, hauled away the old unit, and left our house looking like no one had worked for 14.5 hours during a snow storm. I was looking to replace my central AC and gas furnace, and most of the quotes that I received are very high. Jetson’s quote surprised me that the price is lower; after a walkthrough and back and forth to optimize my system, I locked in. The installation team is professionally removing and installing the new system, they vacuum and clean up, and after 3.5 days my system is up and run flawlessly; after 2 weeks, I do not see any issue and these units are very quiet.

Jetson Home installed a 3 ton air source central heat pump in our house and removed our old furnace. Jetson was responsive to my requests, the visible portions of the install look good, my questions were all addressed, and I enjoyed working with the whole team from the initial heating load calculations, to the install team, to the final troubleshooting solutions. The new variable speed fan is more efficient and quieter, our temperature swings are now smaller, the outdoor compressor kept up with heating demands during a long weekend of low temperatures below zero degrees, the overall cost came in thousands of dollars below the other estimates, and I recommend Jetson Home to my neighbors.

Jetson did a great job removing our furnace and AC unit, and replacing it with a heat pump. We opted to get a heat strip for the really cold days, and so far, we are comfortable, even at night when the temperatures drop; the technicians are very knowledgeable, and our larger home was a bit more complicated, but they figured everything out. Jetson was thousands of dollars less than two other quotes we got, the inspector for our town (Superior, CO) said they did a great job, so we are very happy.

I have a very tight basement with low ceilings, and the folks at Jetson were completely willing to troubleshoot and had a really positive attitude; the system just narrowly fit into the space and now I’m enjoying the crisp indoor temperature during our last summer heat wave. Jetson also figured out all of the rebates that the government offered for heat pump installs, so the price was far lower than I had been quoted by HVAC companies, and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Jetson has been responsive to the above and is working to figure out next steps, and UPDATE: auto mode is fixed, the thermostat issues were mostly user error (me), and the loud vent is serviceable by Jetson (ductwork) but holes in drywall are required and they cannot do dry wall repair (totally fine with me, just happy they can address the noise). That is what it should cost IMO given the cost of the unit, the time to install (1 day) and all the rebates. None of the other quotes I got where anywhere close, several were 3X (as I learned in this process many HVAC companies have been taken over by private equity, and that has jacked prices). The Jetson sales reps and the installation crew were professional from start to finish. No BS, no issues. Passed the city inspection with no issues.
