Every step of the process of installing my heat pump was handled professionally and on time. The team works great together!

Today’s 1-day summer installation by Jetson of our new MrCool whole-house heat pump was an absolute pleasure, and in no time the system was up and running, quietly dropping the indoor temperature to a cool and comfortable level. When the crew showed up, on time, they hit the ground running, putting on shoe covers, and then a carpet of drop cloths to protect our floors; the team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in answering questions and communicating clearly how the system worked. 5 stars. I recommend these guys without hesitation.

Jetson team was incredibly easy to work with from the education on the system I was looking to install through the installation itself. The technicians doing the install were all super friendly and respectful, very clean and organized with all the work being done. And the system works great!

I am 100% satisfied with my Jetson Home system. Every aspect was smooth, transparent, and efficient—from the unbeatable price to the same-day install and outstanding performance, the entire team delivered on their promises. For anyone considering a heat pump retrofit, Jetson is a no-brainer.

The process is incredibly easy, from a clear and transparent up-front quote to an almost exclusively virtual experience—this was exactly the way I want to engage in a major home project. As someone who cares about sustainability and has looked into heat pumps before, their focus on whole home electrification really changes the experience, and the fact that they are willing to claim the credits for you and absorb that cost up front is huge. All of the teams I worked with, from my sales person Aakash to my project coordinator, Andy, to my install team led by Reza, were incredibly professional, respectful and knowledgeable; I went from thinking about getting it done to fully installed and permitted in less than a month, and I absolutely cannot recommend Jetson and their process/services enough.

The team did a fantastic job. Roger is a genuine diamond; keep hold of him!

Roger and his very professional team installed a new heat pump system in our home. They did a wonderful job; all the team were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I was very impressed with everyone's knowledge, and they were very patient with me as I had a ton of questions. The install was clean, the work was solid, and the system is working great!

We had to relocate due to a house fire; our new place has a old gas furnace and a old AC unit that did not work. THANKS TO Jetson Home our new Heat Pump saved us!!! They handled ALL the rebate stuff and We also qualified for an amazing energy loan; this was the best investment we could have made!!! After only a month I have noticed a huge drop in my gas use, we will have a nice cool summer, and all the installers were professional and courteous; if I need anything, customer service is right there.

Had a whole house heat pump installed, replaced my furnace and AC for 7K all in. None of the other quotes I got were anywhere close, several were 3X. The Jetson sales reps and the installation crew were professional from start to finish; no BS, no issues, and it passed the city inspection with no issues.

I had great service at a bargain price. Very professional and courteous. No surprises.

The heat pump is great. The rebate made it very affordable.

Great experience. I love that I'm saving $ and using less gas.

I cannot recommend a company more highly. They were organized and communicative and considerate throughout the whole process of our heat pump installation. I got three bids and they were the lowest price, and it was a first class experience all the way; I would absolutely recommend you use them.

Great communication. Knowledgeable staff.

Jetson was great to work with and really stood out versus more traditional HVAC providers. The quoting process was online and easy, their quotes were way below those of competitors, and they actually offered an all electric solution instead of trying to sell me on a hybrid with a furnace (we didn't want to maintain a hybrid system); their install crews were knowledgeable, did a great job answering our questions, and also very professional while doing the installation. We're thrilled with the end result: our heat pump has drastically improved comfort in our house by more evenly controlling temperature everywhere; we went from a 10 degree difference between our main level and upstairs to just a 1 degree difference, and overall I highly recommend both Jetson and heat pumps.

Team was great, and we are loving the new heat pump. The temperature in our house is a lot more even throughout compared to our old furnace since air is flowing more regularly.

These guys are professionals, and they did an excellent job with the installation. Very happy with the heat pump's performance as well. Highly recommend using this company.

I’m only a few days in, so we’ll have to see if it stands the test of time, but for now it’s all good. They took care to not oversize the system, were very friendly and professional, and were several thousand dollars less than the other quotes I solicited for a heat pump.

The wonderful people at Jetson installed a heat pump/AC in my house this week. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and patient with me and my many questions, and went above and beyond in fixing some things that were wrong with the water heater and the electricity. I highly recommend the team at Jetson, and I'd call them again in a heart beat.

Jetson Home installed a 3 ton air source central heat pump in our house and removed our old furnace. Jetson was responsive to my requests, the visible portions of the install look good, my questions were all addressed, and I enjoyed working with the whole team from the initial heating load calculations, to the install team, to the final troubleshooting solutions. The new variable speed fan is more efficient and quieter, our temperature swings are now smaller, the outdoor compressor kept up with heating demands during a long weekend of low temperatures below zero degrees, the overall cost came in thousands of dollars below the other estimates, and I recommend Jetson Home to my neighbors.

Jetson did a great job removing our furnace and AC unit, and replacing it with a heat pump. We opted to get a heat strip for the really cold days, and so far, we are comfortable, even at night when the temperatures drop; the technicians are very knowledgeable, and our larger home was a bit more complicated, but they figured everything out. Jetson was thousands of dollars less than two other quotes we got, the inspector for our town (Superior, CO) said they did a great job, so we are very happy.

Our heat pump installation went very smoothly and has been working well. Jetson's price was well below many competitors, and we have been very happy with the work they did.

Simply amazing job you have done—very clean, no side impacts, detailing at every step. Simplified the solution; overall, glad that we worked together.

I had a great experience getting a 240 outlet installed with Jetson. The electrician was thorough, read up the specs for the device he was installing, and walked me through his work. Would highly recommend.

I was one of the early adopters as Jenson made their transition from Helio Home and I really enjoyed the experience. I have a very tight basement with low ceilings, and the folks at Jetson were completely willing to troubleshoot and had a really positive attitude; the system just narrowly fit into the space and now I’m enjoying the crisp indoor temperature during our last summer heat wave. Jetson also figured out all of the rebates that the government offered for heat pump installs, so the price was far lower than I had been quoted by HVAC companies, and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Technicians were very professional and efficient. We are very happy with their service, and the system works great!
