We just had Jetson install our new heat pump system and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew was professional, respectful, and extremely efficient; they showed up on time, worked quickly, and kept everything clean throughout the entire process, and they handled all of the credits and rebates, walked us through everything and made the process simple— with the incentives available, the total cost ended up being essentially covered, which made the decision a lot easier. The whole experience was smooth, organized, and stress-free, and I would highly recommend Jetson to anyone considering a heat pump or upgrading their HVAC system.

Great one-day service by very friendly folks! They got the old methane-burner out, pulled the a/c compressor, installed all pieces of the Jetson Heat pump, and cleaned up after themselves. The assistance on getting all the rebates etc was invaluable with a cash difference of over $10k.

We just had a heat pump installed today to replace our 27 year old furnace and it was a great experience from start to finish. Jacob the electrician did a great job explaining all the electrical work needed and was super friendly the whole time. Luis, Juan, and Moreno were all awesome on the HVAC team and got everything installed in a timely manner and a special shout out to Juan for the thorough walkthrough of the app and outside unit.

All the work was professionally done, on time, and with good attention to detail. One problem I had with the app was addressed the next day when a tech specialist came to my house to get everything set up properly.

The entire process of getting my old HVAC system replaced was very easy with Jetson. They were very responsive, followed up with questions and concerns, and the install team was excellent—showed up early and got everything installed and running in a single day.

Jetson was great to work with and really stood out versus more traditional HVAC providers. The quoting process was online and easy. Their quotes were way below those of competitors and they actually offered an all electric solution instead of trying to sell me on a hybrid with a furnace (we didn't want to maintain a hybrid system). Their install crews were knowledgeable and did a great job answering our questions. Also very professional while doing the installation. We're thrilled with the end result. Our heat pump has drastically improved comfort in our house by more evenly controlling temperature everywhere. We went from a 10 degree difference between our main level and upstairs to just a 1 degree difference. Overall I highly recommend both Jetson and heat pumps.
