I just had Jetson install a cold-weather heat pump, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The office team was capable, competent, and quick to get me on the installation schedule, and made sure I took advantage of every rebate I was eligible for. The installation crew was top-notch, knowledgeable, courteous, proactive problem-solvers who were willing to go the extra mile, and everyone was patient, easygoing, informative, detail-oriented, and genuinely eager to please—I highly recommend Jetson to anyone considering a heat pump installation.

They worked with us every step of the way and made it pretty much seamless from start to finish. Handled everything for us from pricing to the mass save paperwork to a professional install team. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an upgrade on their HVAC system.

I couldn't be happier with the experience. James, Tony, and Sergio were outstanding from start to finish; they arrived exactly when I was told they would, kept me updated throughout the entire installation, and clearly explained each step of the process. I highly recommend Jetson.

Installation crew informative; installation was very clean and professionally handled. App use was explained, as well as whatever care is needed for outside unit.

Had electric heating/cooling system installed by Will, Hunter, Pablo and Walter (Electrician). These guys are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Really happy with completed job!

Thank you to Ryan, Pedro, and Chris for setting up the heat pump. True professionals!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Jetson Home — we had a 5-ton and 2-ton system installed, and from start to finish, the entire process was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, showed up on time, communicated clearly, answered questions, explained everything, and made what could have been a stressful project feel seamless and easy; the quality of the installation is top-notch and they left everything clean and in great shape. Exceptional work — 5-star experience — highly recommend.

We just had Sean, Chris, and Richard install our new Jetson heating and cooling system. They were all professional, thorough, and kind; we appreciated their hard work, cleanup, and detailed explanation of the system!

The experience we had with Jetson from start to finish was amazing. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful of our home and property; the gents removed our old furnace and central air compressor and installed a heat pump in ONE day right before a heatwave, left every area they worked in spotless, and by the time they left, our home was already cooler. We can’t thank them enough—Jamie, Chris, Pablo and Serge, you guys are super stars to us—and we will be telling everyone we can about Jetson and the superb service you all provide!

James, Sergio and Walter are very good workers. They are respectful, patient and professional. James explained me very well how to use the thermostat.

Shawn, Sergio and Rob were awesome! Highly recommended.

Couldn’t ask for better service!

James & Tony did an amazing job and worked very hard all day!!

It was great experience. On time and good technicians for installation.

Sean, Chris, Richard and Pablo came to our house for the AC installation and were all polite, answered all our questions and worked efficiently. Our home is now cool and comfortable. Thank you for your amazing and hard work!

My system was installed last week and I was very impressed with the entire process. Jetson had the best price, were responsive from the beginning, the installation crew was friendly, efficient, clean, and worked great as a team, and I’m already impressed with the system—it’s super quiet. Making this decision was a no-brainer, and Jetson did all of the work navigating the Mass Save application process and “fronted” me the rebate savings in their final cost.

Sean, James, and Chris were professional, quick, and clean. They set everything up, were very very respectful of the home and our kids, and answered any and all questions we had. 10/10 service.

James, Sean, Pablo, Sergio and Walter what an amazing job with the install—professional all around, with communication top notch before install day and all throughout. James Joseph and Yezmin also amazing team to make this emergency 5 ton heat pump install happen in 4 business days through the Mass Save program. Our family is greatful and able to have heat on Easter now—6 stars if I could give an extra.

Ryan, Chris and Rob did a neat and professional install. Great team to work with.

I'm so happy everything went well; so professionals, installation went very good and good time. They explain me a step-by-step and teach me how to use the system. It is incredible how good the Jetson family done the job—wow, great quality; I'm so happy.
