The install took only one day. The crew was polite and respectful.

The entire process from start to finish was about 2 weeks; everything was explained in full and easy to understand terminology. They placed protective matting on the floors, took extra care to protect the walls, and cleaned up after installation. I would highly recommend Jetson and this particular crew!

Armando, Michael, and Kelly did my heat pump installation and they were great. Michael took time to listen to my questions and informed me about the process each step of the way. I will need some time before I can rate the system itself but so far the company has been easy to work with and knowledgeable.

They handled the work to get several rebates which made the project extremely affordable. The installation was completed in a single day and the system runs efficiently and much quieter than my old A/C unit. I've used it in both cold and hot weather and the system performs well in both.
