“Just had a heat pump installed during the freezing weather. Three very efficient and friendly guys (Pejmen, Sunith and Matt) did it in one day. They arrived on time, were well-organized and kept at it till it was completed enough to keep us warm overnight. An hour of tweaking the next day and the job was done. Every aspect was well-handled. I'm very pleased with the result, and the cost (with rebates thanks to the government of BC).”

House was built in 1972 and I’m almost positive it was the original furnace, probably the oldest (maybe weirdest) setup they’ve run into; spent about an hour figuring out how to install, worked their butts off to get it done, and did—almost 12 hours! Looks great, great guys; if the system is half as good as the installers, I’m going to be bragging to my buddies for years.”

Installation Process - The installation was remarkably quick, taking only two days to complete. The team was not only efficient but also extremely friendly and accommodating. They patiently answered all my questions throughout the process to ensure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. What stood out to me was how clean the installation was. The team's professionalism shone through in their attention to detail and respect for my home. The entire process was much smoother than I had anticipated. Performance - The heat pump's performance has been nothing short of outstanding so far (during the summer with ~30°C). Our 3000 sq ft house transformed into a refreshingly cool sanctuary. In fact, the cooling was so effective that I actually needed to adjust the settings to a more moderate level! Energy Efficiency - I've been pleasantly surprised by the energy efficiency of the system. Even on the hottest day the cooling of our entire home cost less than $1 per day.
