I got a whole-system quote within a few minutes and that didn't change with any hidden fees or upsells. All the permitting and rebates are handled for you so you don't have to spend an onerous amount of time dealing with paperwork. Jetson just made everything happen easily.

Jetson Home from beginning to end of project were exceptional in their interaction with me. The price of the project was explained at the beginning and I have had no hidden fees at the final payment. The team from Jetson have been incredibly awesome to deal with. From the first contact through the entire install the communication has been clear and prompt; all my questions were answered without delay and the assistance in the application for subsidy process was top notch. They made it easy on my strata by providing such detailed summary of work to be done, the professionals who did the install were courteous, punctual, polite, and did a first rate job; they left our home as clean as when they arrived and the furnace room and outside unit look great; I have recommended to my family and will continue to recommend Jetson to everyone.

John, Ben, Joel and Keith were great. It was a long day, having to work around multiple contractors working on other jobs, which didn’t make the job any easier. They gave me a thorough overview of the unit and the app; great bunch of guys who delivered great results.

Installed today, so no comment on how the equipment works, but the installation guys were amazing. House was built in 1972 and I’m almost positive it was the original furnace, probably the oldest (maybe weirdest) setup they’ve run into; spent about an hour figuring out how to install, worked their butts off to get it done, and did—almost 12 hours! Looks great, great guys; if the system is half as good as the installers, I’m going to be bragging to my buddies for years.

I had a great experience working with Jetson; their technicians took the time to carefully observe the site and did their best to figure out the best solution for installing the system. During the initial site assessment, I was told they might need to cut into the drywall, but they ended up not cutting any at all, and due to the project's complexity, they invested extra time to ensure top-notch quality, yet incurred no extra charge. I really appreciate their expertise and want to thank the technicians, Rejman, Moe, and Naser.

The installation team arrived on time and started installation right away, worked steadily until the job was finished, and were very friendly. There was nothing to clean or tidy when they left, they took everything with them, and one fellow came into the house and helped us set up the new account on our phones and gave some tips on setting the temperature, through the 2 main seasons; he was very clear and concise, and answered all our questions.
