Paid from day one
JetStart™ is a paid program, so you earn while you learn. There’s no tuition and no unpaid trial period, just a full paycheque from your first day in training. You focus on building skills; we make sure the bills get paid.
Hands-on factory training.
Small groups and experienced instructors mean you learn by doing, not by watching slides. New to heat pumps or coming from traditional HVAC, you’ll leave with skills built for electrification.
Learn alongside the pros.
After training, you’ll join a senior technician on real installs in homes across your area. You’ll see how a Jetson install runs from start to finish, from the morning load-out to the homeowner walkthrough. Every job builds your confidence, with a mentor right there to answer questions.
Lead your own installs.
Once you’re signed off, you’ll take the lead on installs and keep growing from there. Some of our best crew leads started right here in JetStart™.
