[WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., January 13, 2026] – Nearly 60 percent of New York homes are still heated with natural gas or oil, leaving a large opportunity for cleaner, electric systems. To help accelerate that transition, Jetson, a home energy company focused on electric heating and cooling, is launching in New York with a new operational base in White Plains. With all required state licensing secured, the company has hired its general manager, project coordination staff, and operations personnel, and plans to add 30 or more local employees in the months ahead. Jetson’s first fleet of all-electric service vans will also be staged on site, ensuring that even its installation operations use the same clean, electric approach it brings to customers’ homes.

Jetson Air will be sold and installed for New York customers directly by Jetson’s in-house crews. The company’s vertically integrated model handles everything from assessment to installation, removing intermediaries and reducing upgrade costs anywhere between 30 to 50 percent. Additional financial support is available through heat pump rebates offered by Central Hudson, Con Edison, New York State Electric and Gas and Orange and Rockland Utilities, with incentives typically ranging from $2,000 to $8,000 depending on the property and location.
